Shipping & Returns

We offer free in-person collection from our Studio in Northern Ireland.

We ship to Northern Ireland, the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Dispatch Time: up to 2 days (although we aim to deliver within 24 hours) for all in-stock items.

Shipping Time: 3 - 5 days via Royal Mail or Courier.

Shipping Costs: shipping is based on the total weight of the items you purchase and will be displayed for you during the checkout process. The minimum postal charge is £2.15 depending on the item. For heavy singing bowls the cost is £10 postage per bowl.

We hope you will enjoy your item, but if you feel you need to return it, please telephone or email us within 14 days of receiving the goods to arrange a return.

A refund for the goods will be issued on receipt of the returned item/s, provided they are returned to us within a further 14 days. Returns received outside this period can only be exchanged, not refunded.

Items returned should be in original packaging and in an unused, umarked condition. Return postage will be the customers responsibility, so we recommend a tracked / signed for option, to be sure it reaches us.

Total cost of the goods will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days from the day we receive the item.
