This sound meditation features the sound of water recorded at the secret garden in Tir Na Moe, Donegal.



The Water Element
The sound of water produces the sound effect of white noise.

White noise contains all of the frequencies audible to the human ear.

Hence the title of this piece 'The Frequency of Everything - Moon Flow'.

Intuitively draw from this piece any frequencies that you require in your present moment of listening, to bring support your energetic and physical bodies.

The sound of water is very healing, clearing and soothing and as the water element is associated with the moon it is the perfect sound to listen to when connecting with the flow of the moon's energy.

Our bodies are made up mainly of water, so just as the moon effects the tide, you too may feel an energetic and physical pull, or an intensity within as the moon transitions through its phases.
